Delivery times

Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 7.00am - 6pm.

The exact delivery dates available for your order will depend on the delivery address and time you place the order. If you prefer to collect your item(s) please call our Depot on 0115 9402836 to arrange a suitable time. Our Delivery will be made by a leading Courier service and is free of charge with orders within the UK mainland. If you want multiple deliveries we advise you call for a cheaper quote.

We've made it easier

If there's no one at home when we call round, in most cases we can leave items with a neighbour or in a safe place. If so, we'll let you know during the checkout process and you'll be able to provide some special delivery instructions. We'll also leave a card to let you know where to pick up your items from or let you know your options for having it re-delivered.

Remember, you can also specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, a friend's place, etc.

Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items / delivery services,
deliveries may be made separately.
